The LVMH group's CSR department has entrusted us with the organization of their international seminar in Paris in 2022. We have designed a simple and coherent concept, focused on exchange and sharing between peers. The event was carefully planned and produced, including personalized calendars, badges, and comprehensive hospitality management. Reception, transport management, catering, as well as audiovisual production and livestreaming were orchestrated to offer LVMH a smooth and enriching experience.
For this 3-day international seminar, we transformed meeting spaces into places for dialogue and cooperation. Each guest was welcomed in a personalized manner with private drivers, facilitating orientation and respect for timing. The meeting spaces were designed to encourage interactions, with particular attention paid to aesthetics and comfort. All in a co-responsible approach. Transport and catering management has been optimised to ensure an impeccable service. In addition, audiovisual production and livestreaming made it possible to capture and share the key moments of the event with remote interactions.
